Learn the basics of Asian cooking and build a solid culinary foundation with Chef Jeffrey.
In this hands-on class with Chef Jeffrey, you will have the opportunity to explore the unique tastes of three different regions of the Far East.
You'll begin by re-creating a classic chicken satay with your choice of peanut sauce or sesame aioli. For the main course, you'll craft your own shrimp or vegetarian potstickers to be enjoyed with white rice and citrus dipping sauce. You can also look forward to finishing off your meal with purin, a sweet Japanese dessert custard!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Now, Chef Jeffrey is offering up his culinary knowledge and wisdom in a variety of cooking classes where you can celebrate good food and the joy of savored moments.
