Their first cookbook, published in 2010, features comforting Southern food drawing on their Florida roots. Their second cookbook, published in 2011, features traditional holiday recipes. Chef Iris and Chef Michael are culinary instructors and have been featured on several TV programs, radio programs, and in many publications.

Wonderful Team! Their heart goes into their food. I have been to a number of events that they have catered...great food and plenty to go around.

My husband and I have known Michael and Iris for many years and have had the pleasure of tasting and enjoying many of their meals. My husband has actually asked them if he can be their chief taste tester. :)
