Mother and son team Chef Michael and Iris have been cooking and entertaining together for years. Their first cookbook, published in 2010, features comforting Southern food drawing on their Florida roots. Their second cookbook, published in 2011, features traditional holiday recipes. Chef Iris and Chef Michael are culinary instructors and have been featured on several TV programs, radio programs, and in many publications.

My husband and I have known Michael and Iris for many years and have had the pleasure of tasting and enjoying many of their meals. My husband has actually asked them if he can be their chief taste tester. :)

Iris and Michael are wonderful to the core! They are both so friendly and welcoming. The exude true southern hospitality! On top of it their food is exquisite! It was fresh and delicious and there was so much left over to take home for later! Highly recommend their culinary adventures and them as people! Will definitely be going back for seconds!
