I highly recommend Chef Seth and his “A night in Havana” experience. My family and I had a wonderful time and plan to book another experience with Chef Seth in the future. The Chef has a really friendly personality and taught us many new skills. The food we prepared exceeded all of our expectations and we will definitely try prepare all of these dishes again on our own.

Seth did a great job. The dishes were tasty, he explained the chemistry of the cooking process and left me with enough information to try them myself. I've never made pasta and I didn't realize how easy it was until this class.

Fun evening with amazing friends and food. Chef Seth has the ability to put you at ease in the kitchen regardless of your cooking level skills. In addition to making the recipes he includes helpful tips with knife skills and explains how to change or adapt the recipes for your preferences. Excellent experience....highly recommend.

Chef Seth was fantastic! The recipes were tasty and well thought out. The instruction was wonderfully hands on with kind feedback. It was a unique and very personal experience. I would highly recommend Chef Seth's Homemade Pasta Workshop!!

Chef Seth's pasta making class was a lot of fun & delicious. He went above & beyond to teach us about pasta making. The food was amazing!

Chef Seth put on an awesome pasta class. He was very warm and welcoming from the first minute. He engaged us immediately and had us cooking in no time. He was a great teacher! After he taught us a technique he let us get our hands right in and practice it. We had an amazing salad and delicious pasta meal and a lovely dessert. All of it seemed daunting at first but now we feel confident we could recreate this at home and it was much easier than we thought after going through it all with Chef Seth. Additionally he was great about teaching us WHY we were doing certain things and not just telling us to do things so that we understood the underlying culinary concepts. I would love to go back to Chef Seth’s home for another class in the future.

WOW, what an amazing experience! This is such a great class because it is not a normal making Italian food class this is a tasty Cuban cuisine Chef Seth helped us prepare from scratch! Seth is an amazing teacher first of all. He is patient and will teach you all the tricks of the trade as well! He showed us before hand what to do and then helped us along the way! Seth's funny and personable personality made the class 10x better. It is really awesome that you can have this class in your own house or at the chef's home for a real one-on-one experience! After you are done making the courses you get to sit down and eat what you made! If cooking seems daunting to you like it does to me for sure take this class with Seth as he breaks everything down to make it fun and not stressful. As my fiancé and I love all different types of cuisines, Seth offered to customize the menu if we want to come back again! I 1000% recommend this experience and Chef Seth! 5 stars isn't enough stars! Thank you again Seth! We will be back soon!

Chef Seth was amazing !!! My husband surprised me with this as a date & it well exceeded my expectations. Firstly, you’re in the actual chefs home. At first I thought it was weird but it makes it that much more personal. Chef was super cool and laid back all while remaining professional. He was very open and easy to get along with. And most importantly his recipes are amazing! He made us mango salsa which when I heard it has tomatoes I was instantly thinking i wasn’t going to like it and I LOVED it. It’s now days later and both my husband and I are still talking about that salsa. He let us be very hands on all while demonstrating and still teaching us. He gave amazing tips, pointers, demonstrations and answered all our questions. All in all it was an amazing time and the food was delicious. Can’t wait to go back !

Chef Seth set the bar high on my first cooking class experience. The reception was really warmth welcoming and the class was thoroughly explained. I'm from the East Coast of Florida and would totally fly over again for another class.

We had the best night ever with Chef Seth! He was awesome. We learned so much he was patient and very willing to answer our endless questions. We are gonna tell all our friends about him. We will book him again for sure!

What a great experience. The evening was the right balance of a well versed and congenial chef; friends who are up for most anything and great food - Who doesn't like Cuban Cuisine? Chef Seth was perfect with his skill set and puting on his teaching hat and was the skillful entertaining animated Chef. Truly a "Top Shelf" experience. This is highly recommended (as attested to by me, the host and all my guests). You should do this!

It was a delightful menu, cooking class and evening at Chef Seth's place. He has everything organized, first-class ingredients, and the patience and knowledge to teach any kind of cuisine. I enjoyed all of his dishes but my favorite was the Roasted Mojo Chicken, unique flavor. I highly recommend him.

Chef Seth is an extraordinary chef. His knowledge and passion for cooking and ingredients come from years and years of love for preparing extraordinary dishes. I had the privilege of working with him at two 5 star country clubs (The Westmoor club on Nantucket MA and The Jupiter Island club on Jupiter Island FL) where he held a position as sous chef and al le cart chef under a Michelin star chef. His dishes where loved by members and staff and often requested by name during dinner service. At lineup he was very detailed in the flavor profile and description of the dishes. Seth is a very energetic and full of positivity. Being invited to a dinner where Chef Seth is preparing the meal is always a treat as his dishes are so flavorful and delicious that the only negative was when the food was finished and there was nothing else to eat. His humble behavior and passionate, informative and creative way of cooking is hard to captivate in one review. He truly is an amazing chef and worth 3 Michelin stars. This chef is a hidden treasure and will truly make the best meal you have ever tasted in your life.

We had the privilege of having Chef Seth cook for us over the holidays this year. He made a traditional holiday dinner and the turkey was literally the best I’ve ever had! All the traditional holiday side dishes were expertly prepared as well, and our guests were highly impressed with the quality of the food that was prepared. We loved our experience so much that we are planning another dinner party! Highly recommend Chef Seth!!

I have had the privilege of having been in Chef Seth's kitchen while he cooks. He is passionate and very knowledgable about cooking. He loves trying different cooking methods and is wonderful in explaining the process. He is great at teaching classes, conversing with customers and his cooking environment is always fun and enjoyable.

Seth has cooked several times for special weekends over the past few years at my Tick Ridge Hunting Club and Lodge. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a crowd of hungry hunters. We always have one evening where special guests and family are invited making it a crowd of up to 15+. Having Seth cook always makes it an extra special multi-day event. Meals are excellent!! Seth does a super job cooking wild game. We tell Seth what wild game we have available (e.g venison, quail, pheasant, trout) and he turns out culinary masterpieces. We always look forward to some of his signature menu items as well. Also always on schedule!

Seth is a great teacher: patient, kind, non-judgmental, and certainly knowledgeable. We have worked together on several feed-a-crowd occasions!

Seth's ease with cooking translates to an understandable lesson and the delicious food does not disappoint. Quick wit, best practices and meals to share inspired my home-grown cooking party to take to the kiitchen and give it a whirl. Bravo!
