Amazing Experience!! Chef Harold made my parents and I feel right at home. We learned so much ! He made the dishes approachable and easy to learn and with elegant presentation. Chef Harold even provided some Peruvian history about the dishes which made it that much more special. The dishes we learned (Ceviche, Papa la huancaina, and a sophisticated peruvian chicken fried rice) I will be able to make at home now with ease. Totally worth it and looking forward to our next experience with Chef Harold! Thank you!!!!!!! Jennifer

My husband and I were looking for something to do on our anniversary, when we stumbled upon Chef Haroldâ€™s menu, we knew it was a definitive match. We both love cooking together, so we figured this would be a unique experience plus give us a chance to learn some new foods. Let me just say I am SO thrilled we did it. Chef Haroldâ€™s hospitality was beyond our expectations. He was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and overall a kind human being. The actual brunch dishes we ended up putting together were delicious. Chef Harold taught us how to pair foods we wouldnâ€™t never have imagined and taught us tricks to do at home. Overall, the experience was wonderful and I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to do it. Thank you!

A unique experience! Chef Harold conducted a private cooking lesson for me and my husband at his restaurant. We greatly enjoyed using a professional kitchen and having chef Harold all to ourselves and learning from his deep expertise. A very memorable, enjoyable, and delicious experience.

Chef Harold inspired me to go visit Peru for all his plates having a very strong mixture between Latin and Japanese cultures. It was like being transported to another country without having to travel. The class was full of exotic aromas, subtle cooking secrets and personal stories that only an experienced chef will bring to the table. I loved it and will definitely go again for this advanced culinary experience. He is a great person and very friendly. Thanks Chef Harold!!

The "Chef" cancelled the event 2 hours before on a Saturday which was supposed to be my girlfriend's birthday present. To his request we moved the event to the next day on Sunday. On Sunday, he cancelled AGAIN 1 hours before meeting time. Thanks but no thanks. Really ruined the special occasion.
