Booked the class Homemade Holiday Feast with Chef Erin
We prepared with Chef Erin's guidance the terrific Holiday Feast meal! I would definitely recommend the Cozymeal service. Erin was nice enough to drive at night through a hilly winding area on Christmas Eve. She is very knowledgable about cooking, trends in food prep and did it all with a great sense of humor! We had a blast and were very well fed.

I appreciated that she gave alternatives for other ways you could make this or how you could make them ahead of an event

Booked the class Master Sushi Rolling with Chef Melanie in Austin (Mueller)
Sushi Melanie was a great chef and teacher. The event space was a little challenging as it was an active liquor store and people were constantly entering and leaving. This created a lot of ambient noise and distraction. Outside of that - great event!

My team at work and I cooked two Korean street food dishes, both were delicious. Angela did a wonderful job in making us feel welcomed. She led the class and was so engaging throughout, checking in on us and ensuring no one fell behind. Her thoroughness and pacing of the class was great. Everyone enjoyed the class and food afterward.

Great time. Venue was a bit loud as there were other things going on as well. Otherwise it was a good experience.
