While previously living in Singapore, Chef Li led private and corporate events as a culinary instructor. Now, back in the U.S., she looks forward to sharing her authentic, international cooking styles and techniques. Chef Li prides herself on her ability to make Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisine simple and fun to cook!

Chef Ricky is a renowned chef instructor and research and development chef bringing nearly 40 years of experience to the table. He notes his greatest achievements to be developing and launching multiple successful Asian restaurants and business concepts as well as coaching an ACF team to two national championships. Chef Ricky specializes in Pacific Rim cooking and is passionate about enabling aspiring chefs to turn their ambitions into reality.

After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Danushka’s culinary career quickly rose to prominence. An experienced culinary instructor and highly sought after private chef, she has worked for celebrities and high net worth clients across the U.S. Chef Danushka was a contestant on "Chopped" and "Cutthroat Kitchen," a finalist on "Comeback Kitchen" and "Next Food Network Star," and is the winner of Food Network’s "24 Hour Restaurant Battle."

Chef Zach, a culinary extraordinaire, is an applauded chef and enthusiastic culinary instructor who is always striving to create new and fun culinary experiences for his guests. Chef Zach’s dynamic instructional skills paired with his ability to shape and form comprehensive cooking classes leaves guests and students empowered and teeming with the confidence to create outstanding meals in their very own kitchens.

Being proud of her strong Indonesian heritage is a big part of who Chef Titik is. The chef's hope is to impart a passion for food on others so they can learn more about cooking and enjoy meals that always taste incredible, from Indonesian fare to Italian and Indian. Chef Titik's culinary background is peppered with achievements, including graduating with honors from the Art Institute of California with degrees in culinary art, and baking and pastry art.

Chef Kelly is a culinary instructor and chef well-versed in many cuisines. Her most notable professional achievements include being part of the test kitchen team at one of the top gourmet food magazines in the country as well as becoming the managing lead chef instructor at the most successful recreational cooking school in New York City. Chef Kelly also has experience as a garde manager and is currently a freelance chef.

Born in Rabat and raised in Casablanca, I was surrounded by beautiful smells and great food. Everyday was a celebration of flavors in my house. My mother and grandmothers were amazing cooks and inspired me to learn and develop a love for cooking and hosting. Since moving to America, I have been apart of “Beau Monde” in Philadelphia to “La Creperie” in Chicago. I have started my own business of creating beautiful, healthy Moroccan food with a California twist. I hope to share it with you!

Chef Lula boasts an impressive resume with 10 years of culinary experience as a professional and private chef, culinary designer, business owner and an events coordinator and caterer of everything from small gatherings to black-tie fundraisers. But where Chef Lula’s passion for cooking really comes to life is in her incredible cooking classes, which promise to be relaxed yet refined and are nothing short of a good time.

After discovering his passion for cooking as an Italian language instructor at UC Berkeley, Chef Chris went on to be the co-founder of a culinary event business, specializing in regional Italian cooking, and then worked as a chef teaching cooking classes for corporate groups, cultivating a 5-star rating. Chef Chris now works with a company providing walking food tours of Little Italy as well as teaching his lauded cooking classes.

Born and raised in Italy, Chef Luana inherited a culinary passion from her grandmother. She has enjoyed entrepreneurial success at a beachside restaurant in Italy mainly due to her mastery with the pizza oven, as she is one of Italy’s few professional female pizza makers working with a wood burning oven. Chef Luana's old world recipes and techniques find new life in her classes with quality ingredients and genuine flavors.

Chef James' true passion in life is cooking. There's almost nothing he loves more than throwing dinner parties and curating wonderful and creative dishes completely from scratch. He offers a variety of cooking and catering services, including cooking class parties, private dinners and catered events, and features Italian and Spanish-inspired dishes of the highest quality, using locally grown and artisan ingredients.

Chef Shailini was born in Nepal, and with her father being a well-known diplomat, the family lived all over the world. A life long educator, Chef Shailini taught at both Boston University and Northeastern University earlier in her career, and while she enjoyed that a great deal, she is currently living her true passion at several well-known Boston institutions teaching people how to cook food that is both nutritious and delicious. Chef Shailini also does a great deal of volunteer work.
