Join Chef Shinya for an extraordinary team building experience focusing on the art of youshoku.
In this hands-on team building class, you and your colleagues will be led by Chef Shinya in the preparation of yÅshoku — Japanese cuisine influenced by Western cooking.
Many dishes fall within this category of cuisine, but the most popular is the hamburger steak. You and your team will work together to prepare a an all-natural, mouth-watering hamburger steak from scratch along with Chef Shinya's original sauce that will have everyone shamelessly licking their plates. You and your team will also prepare Japanese-style pasta salad and fruit sorbet from scratch.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
