All too often, health is associated with wealth. The concept of eating healthy on a budget always seems to generate a certain amount of suspicion. As if parsimonious gastronomy surely requires some element of sorcery.

In this hands-on team building class, Chef Maggie proves that you don’t need to empty your wallet to eat healthy meals. As a team, you will learn three steps for healthy eating on a budget: planning, purchasing, and preparing. Then, you will work together to create and enjoy a delicious three-course menu to prove it.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Maggie is incredible! She had me laughing the whole time. I walked in feeling very intimidated by macarons, but Chef demonstrated and gave cues that made everything so straightforward and doable. Our macarons turned out delicious, even if they weren’t the prettiest to look at (but hey, my piping skills are a work in progress, y’know). I hope to take more classes with Maggie in the future. Thanks for a great night, Maggie!
