Treat your team to an evening of culinary decadence in this hands-on class with Chef Ivan.
Join Chef Ivan in the exploration of an indulgent three-course menu of classic dishes that never go out of style and are proven to be time-honored crowd pleasers.
Begin with handcrafted, over-the-top stuffed mushrooms that will melt in your mouth. Learn how to properly prepare and carve a whole leg of lamb flanked by a velvety butternut squash purée. End by soaking in the deep, rich flavors of poached pear in cabernet with bursts of star anise and cinnamon and topped with crunchy maple glazed nuts and coconut whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Ivan’s zeal for cooking began at a very young age, leading him to attend culinary school at the ripe age of just 14. The Italian chef, who has cooked all over Europe, now lives in New York where he runs a catering company and volunteers teaching children kitchen skills. Chef Ivan focuses on Italian, French and sushi courses, and is excited to educate guests on new techniques.
