Learn how to prepare luscious French dishes in this team building experience with Chef Ivan
Drawing on his vast culinary expertise, Chef Ivan will provide an amazing opportunity to prepare gourmet dishes all while raising team spirit.
Your team will discover a whole new culinary world as Chef Ivan introduces them to flavors and styles of cooking that are drawn from French culinary classics. Working together will bring your team closer together, and when they enjoy their final masterpieces, they will know they did it as a team.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Niçoise Salad
With tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, Niçoise olives, anchovies and romaine
Coq au Vin
Chicken braised with burgundy wine, lardons and mushrooms
Bigne’ au Chocolat
Puff pastries filled with vanilla ice cream and covered in chocolate

Chef Ivan’s zeal for cooking began at a very young age, leading him to attend culinary school at the ripe age of just 14. The Italian chef, who has cooked all over Europe, now lives in New York where he runs a catering company and volunteers teaching children kitchen skills. Chef Ivan focuses on Italian, French and sushi courses, and is excited to educate guests on new techniques.
