Fantastic class!

So much fun! Chef Ivan and team were amazing.

Chef Ivan lead a fun experience for us in a great space. It was an awesome way to kick off a girlfriends weekend. We all had a great time and learned new cooking techniques, new knife skills and new recipes . He worked with us on a completely vegetarian meal and was flexible about the start time. He was careful about allergies. The recipes were all doable at home. The salad with avacado dressing was especially phenomenal. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is that despite a couple follow-ups, I am STILL waiting for one of the recipes (the portobello mushrooms - which were my favorite!) over a week later. I’ve done several cooking classes and this is the first one I’ve done where hard copies were not handed to me there, and where I did not get electronic copies right away. Otherwise I would have given five stars.

Our experience with Chef Ivan was excellent. He was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. We accidentally double booked ourselves and he was flexible with our schedule. Our cooking experience with him was our favorite experience of the entire trip!! We learned so much and the food was amazing! We highly recommend Chef Ivan for a fun and unique experience in NYC!

Ivan and his co-chef Dennis were great. We had a blast, and spent some really good family time together (5 of us). Great setting in Greenwich Village, and the food was delicious. The two chefs really deserved kudos for their skills, presentation and personalities. Highly recommend.

Wonderful time, delicious food!

This was our first time taking a cooking class, and the experience and food were both excellent from start to finish. Chef Ivan has the talent and personality to make the the 3-hour class useful and relatable from novice to experienced cooks. We really couldn't think of any way in which Ivan could have made this experience more enjoyable and delicious. We are planning on signing up for another class with him soon. Trust us, this is well worth your time and money!

I've done several cooking courses in various places around the world. I particularly enjoyed Chef Ivan's style, and the amount of useful information he imparted during the class. The setting was small group intimate, and Ivan was well prepared. An excellent experience.

Ivan was fantastic! He was very patient and thoughtful, even stopping to pause for photos throughout the lesson. You learn through his stories and with a hands on approach, so you get the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!
