10 out of 10 experience that I highly recommend! We attended the Italian class with the bruschetta, chicken marsala, mushroom risotto and tiramisu . The food was delicious and it was so fun cooking it! Emmanuelle was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave excellent cooking tips and we had leftovers! I will for sure be back for another lesson to learn a new cuisine!

What a memorable and amazing experience! My husband and I have always wanted to take a cooking class and Chef Emmanuelle was the perfect fit for us! We had so many questions and learned so much and Chef was so patient and enjoyed the laughs with us. She was extremely organized and clean!! An absolute must!

Had an amazing time with Chef Emmanuelle. She made us feel right at home with all the jokes that were said and would join in from time to time. Made it truly feel cozy. She encouraged us to make the dishes our own only providing a basic version and letting us take control of the taste and the seasoning of the dishes.

One of the best family events I have had in a very long time. We went with my son and his wife, and it was reminiscent of taking the kids to Disney Land. Chef Emmanuelle guided us, yet made it fun. All four of us learned so much from her. The food was great, and the company was even better. Chef Emmanuelle shares her passion and her skills. I recommend taking a class from her regardless of your experience. Do what I did, make it a family night and you won't regret it. We will be back.

What an awesome class! Chef Emmanuelle is passionate about preparing healthy, yet simple and tasty food. She was encouraging and always willing to answer questions. She made us feel welcome and shared her knowledge with us. I learned more from her in just a few hours than I did from other classes lasting much longer. We will be back!

She was very informative and did an excellent job inspiring us to be creative with flavors and ingredients in the kitchen. She was very attentitive to us throughout the session. I had an incredible experience at Chef Emmanuelle's Mediterranean cooking class! She was a true master of her craft. Her passion for Mediterranean cuisine was evident in every dish we prepared. I had an absolutely wonderful time at Chef Emmanuelle' vegan workshop! The atmosphere was incredibly warm and inviting, and Chef was a fantastic teacher. Her passion for vegan cooking was infectious and she made the entire experience so enjoyable. I've known Chef Emmanuelle since 2005 and have attended several of her private cooking events, including a bread-making class. She is a truly exceptional chef and a warm, wonderful woman.
