Collaborate, create and shine in this flavorful dip making competition.

In this interactive team building activity, your group will compete to create the ultimate guacamole and salsa combo, judged on flavor, creativity and presentation. Starting with a classic base recipe, you’ll explore a variety of exciting mix-ins like green chiles, habaneros, sweet corn, mango and fresh herbs to craft your signature dips. Guided by an expert chef, each team will brainstorm, experiment and taste their way to dip perfection. With plenty of tortilla chips, veggie dippers and a spirit of friendly competition, this hands-on experience is perfect for bringing people together.

Ideal for corporate team-building, birthdays, bachelorette parties and more it’s a flavorful way to bond and celebrate, one delicious dip at a time.

This experience is fully mobile and beginner-friendly, so you can host it anywhere: your office, event space or one of our partner venues in Baltimore. No kitchen is needed and all necessary materials, including food ingredients and cooking tools, are provided for the class. Please note that travel fees may apply beyond the city center.

Booked this class with Malik to finish off a bday planning vs going out to dinner. This booking didn’t disappoint me at all. We enjoyed the experience and took away some great pointers. From the proper way to cutting vegetables and meat to learning how to enhance your ingredients. You have to give him a shot.

Chef Malik is amazing! I booked this dinner experience for my person's birthday. My person and I both had a great time, and it was memorable for us. I didn't completely know what to expect, but you don't have to hesitate to book Chef Malik for special occasions. He was timely and professional. The food was great and equally as important to me, Chef Malik and his assistant were enjoyable to be around. It felt comfortable and safe hosting such an experience in a place I call home. I wanted a fun, intimate experience for my person that included learning to make dishes from scratch and us being full by the end of the night, and Chef Malik did not disappoint! I will always make pasta from scratch from now on!
