Chef Malik was great and now we are more confident in the kitchen as a result of his interactive style.

Malik was very informative and welcoming while through the process. We all had a blast and really appreciate the techniques and seeing your love for cooking through what you do. He was on time , reliable and made sure everything was clean before he was done. The food was fresh and delicious. Thank you we would definitely do it again.

Chef Malik made our Valentine's Day an enjoyable experience. He was happy to answer any questions and taught us a few tricks. We made some really good gravy, succulent pork chops, and super yummy sweet potato pie!

Chef Malik knocked it out of the park with our Valentine's Day evening of Authentic Italian Fare! We learned SO much about the science behind the foods we were cooking, the history of some of are favorite dishes (we'll never make Caesar Salad in anything but a wooden bowl again!), and about culinary techniques. Everything was delicious - especially his Alfredo sauce! We'd recommend Chef Malik and Cozymeal to all our friends and family. We have a modest kitchen in a junior one bedroom apartment but he made transitions between courses seamless. We appreciate all the hard work and effort that went into making this night special.

A+ effort! We have quite a few allergies (Soy, dairy, egg, nuts, seafood) and Chef Malik was able to work around all of those, which was impressive to say the least. He was enjoyable to learn from and provided us with a lot of good tips. Due to our many allergies he was able to stay long to help make it work - he even cleaned the kitchen for us, big plus! I had Chef Malik cater my wedding for me and I was totally impressed with the service and the food was absolutely excellent. He arrived early and setup and was ready to serve as planned. His staff was professional, the serving dishes were classy, and (once more) the food was great. I know of two of my family members that used him and reported that they were just as pleased. I will surely use On Point again.

When I go into a restaurant, I have to spend at least five minutes asking questions about the menu because I am gluten and lectin sensitive. To celebrate my birthday, I decided to look for a personal chef who was willing and able to prepare a scrumptious meal for someone who was gluten and lectin sensitive. Chef Malik Anderson exceeded all my expectations. He prepared a seafood meal consisting of shrimp, scallops and crab meat, cauliflower rice, lectin reduced tomato sauce and steamed broccoli with carrots. The meal was awesome, delicious, amazing! My husband who usually does not like seafood enjoyed THIS meal! On Point Personal Chef and Catering was definitely On Point!

Choosing On Point Personal Chef was a GREAT decision. From our first communication Chef Malik was extremely responsive and very professional. He advised me of what services he provided and ask a ton of questions to make sure he could give the me outstanding service that I was looking for. On top of that we had great conversation and you immediately know that he is a good person!!! In terms of food, I can't say enough good things. Chef Malik came to my home and cooked meals that tasted like I was in a 5 star restaurant. I'm actually looking forward to getting home tonight to eat some more. :) I have a family of 4 and with both my wife and I working we have limited time to cook so we will be using this service going forward on a weekly basis. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.... If you don't believe me give it a try... You will be hooked. Lastly, and most people will want to know this..... Yes, it is very affordable. I am a Finance guy, and while my family and I live a comfortable life I look at every dime spent. When I looked at the numbers of what I was spending on groceries, daily lunch, and eating out I'm actually now saving money by using this service. Win/Win!!!! What can I begin to say about Chef Malik and his business? From start to finish, his service was superb, professional, and on-time. I had a private dinner party for my boyfriend and invited our friends over. Chef Malik and his assistant arrived before the time he stated, set up the food preparation, and started the cooking well before my guests arrived. He and his assistant were prepared, clean, and professional at all times. The menu was a four-course menu: 1) curry chicken cucumber cups 2) Caesar salad with homemade croutons 3) Stuffed flounder with crab and imperial on top; roasted red potatoes; asparagus 4) homemade rice pudding He gave me the option to purchase the food needed. He sent me two emails - the first email to confirm what we discussed from menu to service and the second email was the shopping list. He served my guests and clean the kitchen afterward. Any leftover ingredients, they put in storage bags and put in my refrigerator. I HIGHLY recommend Chef Malik and his business for any culinary needs- private dinner, large events, personal delivery and whatever else involving food service and consumption. I WILL definitely be using his business again.

Chef Malik is pure Baltimore. He is down to earth and knows his way around a kitchen, not to mention a spice rack. His dishes are as accessible and approachable as he is. Nothing crazy. Nothing unexpected. My impression, of him and of his food, is that the time you spend with each will go by quickly. Chef Malik doesn't hide anything and his dishes don't as well. Just don't ask him about his spice mixes. Those are not spoken about. :-)
