I had the good fortune to study with the founders of the French Laundry for ten years which helped create my philosophy about food. I believe food should be delicious, accessible, and straightforward to create. All my classes are designed to showcase a meal students can go home and create for a dinner party or for friends.

Chef Douglass and Scott are incredible hosts. I'd highly recommend the tapas and paella class with a group of friends. Excellent couples experience. You'll bring home some recipes that are easy to make and taste incredible!

I had the luck to book Douglas with two of my friends and no one else. Loved the attention from him and his partner, who together should have their own sitcom. So funny and so welcoming. Their house was so nice and the recipes were exactly what I wanted. Easy enough for any skill level and complicated enough to impress my friends. Can't wait to do another class.
