What You’ll Do

Fill the table with a stunning spread your team can create and enjoy together.

Invite your team to an exciting team-building cooking class outside the office. They will discover how to elevate their culinary skills with traditional techniques and fresh ingredients as they work together to make four courses of elevated comfort foods. All skill levels are welcome as an expert chef leads you through each recipe step-by-step. Whether crafting handmade pasta for an Italian feast or grilling the perfect steak, your colleagues are sure to sharpen both their cooking talents and their collaborative skills.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Promoted to Culinary Lead in 2020, she continued to excel, recently stepping into the role of Resident Chef. Working as a Chef Instructor has rekindled her passion for food and sharing culinary knowledge with every guest she meets.

My friend and I had a great time learning how to make delicious French cuisine! We ended up collaborating with another couple, which actually added to the fun. The chef also sends you a copy of the recipe afterwardâ€”perfect for continuing to practice and build on the new skills I learned!

The class was fun and Lee was a great teacher. I left feeling like I could make these breads at home! Two things caused me to rate this 4 stars instead of 5: Today is 3 days after the class and I still haven't received recipes from the things we made. I actually would've come home and tried to make the breads on my own that afternoon. The second thing was, our family attended as a group of 5 which was a lot to try to give everyone a chance to be involved. The class assistant was working next to us making the breads on her own. It would've been great if she had pulled a couple of us over to work with her.

Fantastic class - I learned a ton about working with laminated doughs. I've tried a couple times in the past, and always had a sticky, tacky mess on my hands. This class taught me tricks and tips, how to work the dough more effectively, what to watch out for. I just pulled a batch of croissants out of the oven, and they are everything I could have ever hoped for, and more. I need to keep a laminated dough on hand at all times now! :D Loved the class, great teacher, very helpful and informative - can't wait to take more classes!

The class was perfect! The instructor was excellent, we had hands on learning, and the experience was wonderful. Signing up through cozymeal was iffy because the location wasn't posted until after I signed up and the instructor was different than advertised, but it was still a great class

This was a really fun experience. My best friend and I attended the shrimp scampi with homemade spaghetti class. It was our first cooking class ever. We learned a lot of good information and recipes that can be replicated at home. The food was delicious. FRESH pasta for the win!

We did the pasta making class with Chef Nick! He was extremely knowledgeable, demonstrated everything clearly and helped us make the best food. It was such a fun class. We got to make two pastas and 3 sauces. It was such a great date night. Highly highly recommend. Novice to experienced cooks would enjoy this!

Our team had a wonderful experience. The food selection, level of difficulty and straightforward instructions were exactly what we needed. We appreciated the space to learn and grow together as a team and Chef Nick's teaching method and personality were the icing on the cake.... and also the olive oil ice cream... which was amazing.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.

The French Pastries for Fall should have been a great time to learn about making laminated dough and making palmiers and kouign-amann. It seemed as if Chef Jocelyn had never made these pastries before and hadnâ€™t bothered to practice ahead of time. Correctly pronouncing the pastries being made in class could have been accomplished with a quick internet search and the directions given to fold the dough for palmiers was completely incorrect even though she was reading from the printed instructions that were correct. We were told to cut the dough into strips and then form a heart shape, not at all like the printed instructions or any online search. Making laminated dough was saved to the last of the class and better time management would have made this less rushed and more complete. The reason for taking the class was for technique, however the instructor fell short on preparation and knowledge.

Steak was pretty tough. Should have been tenderized before marinating to break down the muscle fibers. Papusas were pretty tasty. Salsa came out more like a paste than a blended salsa and had zero heat to it. Chimichuri should have been made by hand cutting the ingredients and mixing them instead of food processing them, it broke the sauce and just became a herby liquid. If you are expecting authentic Mexican chimichuri, youâ€™ll be surprised. Just need to rework the recipes maybe and tenderize the meat before marinating for future classes.

Chef Lee was great and I learned a lot. But two days later I still donâ€™t have the recipes. It would have been helpful to have them at the class so we could take notes.

I was a bit disappointed that Chef Nick was not the chef instructing this class. I didnâ€™t realize the class said â€œor Resident Chefâ€, so that is just something to be aware of. Overall, class went smoothly. Making pasta from scratch was fun and the pasta dish turned out well. The salad and the dessert, however, were underwhelming and I would not make them again. I felt like explanations were lacking during the class. It was quite loud and difficult to hear the instructor, so I dont feel like I learned much. I also have not received a copy of the recipes. Last time I took a class I received the recipes the same evening of the class.

Hi team, our class was enjoyable, but we did not get what we paid for. We did not make the dessert portion of the class and were let out 30 minutes early.
