Show your crew a new way to collaborate with this steak-centered team building experience. An esteemed chef instructor will lead them in a lesson where flavor is a key component in every dish. They'll learn necessary skills for preparing succulent steaks, as well as a host of sumptuous sides that perfectly complement their exceptional entrée. The lesson ends with a session in sumptuous desserts.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Vlisaria brings over 18 years of hospitality experience and a culinary foundation from Le Cordon Bleu. With a deep passion for cooking and teaching, Chef Vlisaria creates engaging and inspiring culinary experiences for all skill levels. Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.

The “French Bistro “ class was excellent. Chef Sam was knowledgeable and entertaining. The menu was delicious. The kitchen classroom was bright, spacious and well-equipped. We would definitely recommend this hands-on class and intend to sign up for additional classes.
