Your crew is in for a treat when they step into the kitchen with Chef Pooja for this hands-on team building cooking class. They'll combine their culinary skills to create a savory fusion meal that samples from the diverse, delicious traditions of Asian cuisine.

Learn a host of professional techniques as you create traditional dishes like fresh lettuce wraps filled with vegetables and tofu and served with spicy peanut dipping sauce. You'll also prepare chili garlic Thai noodles, spicy basil tofu with warm umami seasonings and for dessert, a traditional Thai mango sticky rice.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My partner and I had a blast at Chef Pooja's Asian Fusion Feast cooking class. We were warmly welcomed into her spacious and cozy kitchen, where we got hands-on experience whipping up a feast. We left the class properly stuffed and inspired to whip up the delicious recipes at home. Thanks for the fantastic experience, Chef!

My family and I attended PoojaĐ²Đ‚â„¢s class on Asian Fusion. It was a great experience and will definitely be back for another class. Our ages ranged from 30 to 60, we all enjoyed the class.

Chef Pooja showed my partner and I how to make some very tasty uttapams, dosas with a curry potato filling, and ladoo, all of which were new experiences for us! She was an expert guide in the cooking process, and did most but not all of the prep work, so we could participate a little bit in the prep as well as all the stovetop cooking. We also really liked the chutneys that were part of the dish! Pooja was also very personable and was easy to hang out with as we prepared and ate the food. We had a mix-up with timing for a previous reservation and she was very accommodating, and helped to plan a new time as well. All around a friendly, professional experience.
