What You’ll Do

Chop, stir and slice with Chef Sara as you make authentic Asian recipes with your team.

In this hands-on team building cooking class, you'll learn how to make Chinese-inspired dishes under the guidance of Chef Sara along with new knife techniques, Asian cooking tips and more as you prepare the meal together.

Kick off this class by making egg rolls filled with chicken and a special spice blend. Next, your team will prepare tangy sweet and sour chicken from scratch with restaurant-worthy vegetable fried rice on the side. You'll end this class on a sweet note by whipping up a creamy coconut pudding together.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Sara has been teaching Indian cooking for over 30 years. When she first came to the U.S., Chef Sara noticed that restaurants prepared traditional Indian dishes using artificial flavoring and additives. Her mission is to educate both experienced and beginner cooks on the importance of whole food ingredients and the impact they have on the final product. She looks forward to teaching you how to cut, chop, mince, and mix your first set of Indian dishes.

Chef Sara was excellent on all measures. Food was great. Teaching was very patient, hands-on and professional. And in a house full of teachers, that's saying a lot. From start to finish she was solicitous of our wants, and tailored everything to meet our needs, i.e. seasonings, pace of instruction, repeating when asked, making sure all our questions were answered. Can't imagine what more she could have done. Highly recommended.

The CozyMeal Burmese cooking class with Chef Sara was amazing. My daughter and I had a wonderful time learning how to prepare a Burmese salad and lovely curry infused chicken with pasta main course. Chef Sara was knowledgeable and friendly. She worked one on one with my daughter, giving her cooking tips for all types of cooking. We highly recommend Chef Sara for your in-house cooking lessons or group training session.
