Master these two classic Italian recipes and more during this fun, interactive team building experience.
Learn how to prepare a multi-course authentic Italian menu in this hands-on team building cooking class with Chef Elliott. You'll use fresh, high-quality ingredients in every dish and while learning smart cooking techniques along the way.
Chef Elliott will begin by teaching you and your team how to build a seasonal green salad with homemade dressing for an appetizer. Then, you will create layers of flavor in a classic Italian lasagna sided by a medley of oven-roasted vegetables. Lastly, you'll end on a sweet note with a homemade tiramisu spiked with espresso.
