Chef Jeremy was fabulous! Our food was delicious and his loft was a wonderful, intimate space. Most of all, my team had a blast! I would highly recommend him and we will definitely be back. Last time was pasta - next time will be Thai!

Jeremy was very welcoming, simple and clear in his explanations of the cuisine. The loft was a very cool spot to learn some dishes and enjoy a beverage or two. We had a very nice time and the food and atmosphere were great!

What a night ! Jeremy is definitely a people person. My husband and I ended up extremely late for the class but Jeremy accommodated. We arrived at his apartment stunned at how cozy the setup was. Very inviting for people who visit. The setup was cooking class ready. He explained the menu and explained everything from ingredients to sauce making in detail. Everything tasted amazing!! Would recommend to everyone . Thank you Jeremy for a great experience!

I couldn't figure out how to give a review so it took us a while to finally do this! Anyway, Jeremy was incredible. My wife and I had a private thai cooking class and learned how to make four wonderful courses. We loved it. Jeremy's kitchen and apartment are so stylish, and Jeremy let us to do whatever we were comfortable with. We felt totally at ease the entire time and would (and recommend (and have recommended) this to anybody looking to learn about thai cooking or just have a really fun night with friends or on a date. This was a blast! Thanks Jeremy!

Class was amazing, Jeremy was fun charismatic and full of knowledge. The flavor profiles of the food we created was bright and fresh and if coarse full of flavor. I didn't want the experience to end.

Chef Jeremy was amazing! He arrived promptly and had all of his ingredients and supplied organized to make the cooking process efficient and easy. He was very personable, knowledgable, and made the process fun by explaining traditional Thai processes while also telling us about his experience living and working in Thailand. The food was absolutely divine — literally we ate EVERY. LAST. DROP. My boyfriend said this experience was the best birthday gift he's ever received. Highly recommend this class!

Chef Jeremy was an excellent host and chef--he was wonderful to talk to, regaling us with his knowledge of Thai cuisine and the cooking world, and did a fantastic job of guiding us through how each dish should be prepared. Jeremy was also very accommodating and switched up the menu for our dietary restrictions.

Jeremy was great! His house is warm and comfortable, with several spaces to dine. He also had a variety of dishes and was flexible on changing them up for us. We had an intimate class, just the two of us, and it was an incredible experience! Definitely would recommend classes with Jeremy!

Chef Jeremy was a wonderful host and talented chef. He walked us through how to prepare each dish as well as giving background on where various flavors came from. His techniques for plating and presentation were playful and used some easy but unexpected tools! I thoroughly enjoyed learning new dishes from him and the great conversation he provided.
