Enjoy a fun, fulfilling array of traditional Thai favorites in this hands-on class.

As Chef Jeremy traveled throughout Asia, he found there was something special about Thailand that called him back multiple times throughout his journey. After beginning to call Bangkok home, Chef Jeremy discovered he had several favorite dishes. These are the meals that reflect his experience in Thailand.

Chef Jeremy will instruct you as you work your way through preparing an impressive feast of traditional Thai fares. You will experience the tastes of a parade of different Thai recipes while learning techniques to properly and authentically cook them to perfection.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I couldn't figure out how to give a review so it took us a while to finally do this! Anyway, Jeremy was incredible. My wife and I had a private thai cooking class and learned how to make four wonderful courses. We loved it. Jeremy's kitchen and apartment are so stylish, and Jeremy let us to do whatever we were comfortable with. We felt totally at ease the entire time and would (and recommend (and have recommended) this to anybody looking to learn about thai cooking or just have a really fun night with friends or on a date. This was a blast! Thanks Jeremy!

Jeremy was incredibly knowledgable and personable with a great energy. A perfect balance of letting us do the work with clear instruction and him showing his expertise. Highly recommend this experience! It was stunning.

Chef Jeremy was an excellent host and chef--he was wonderful to talk to, regaling us with his knowledge of Thai cuisine and the cooking world, and did a fantastic job of guiding us through how each dish should be prepared. Jeremy was also very accommodating and switched up the menu for our dietary restrictions.

I loved this experience! Jeremy is so kind, fascinating, and enthusiastic about food and life. We had an incredible meal and learned a lot about Thai cooking and culture in Jeremy's spacious cozy studio. We learned to make some of my favorite Thai dishes and everything was so fresh and delicious. Thank you Jeremy!

Jeremy was great! His house is warm and comfortable, with several spaces to dine. He also had a variety of dishes and was flexible on changing them up for us. We had an intimate class, just the two of us, and it was an incredible experience! Definitely would recommend classes with Jeremy!

Jeremy was very welcoming, simple and clear in his explanations of the cuisine. The loft was a very cool spot to learn some dishes and enjoy a beverage or two. We had a very nice time and the food and atmosphere were great!

What a night ! Jeremy is definitely a people person. My husband and I ended up extremely late for the class but Jeremy accommodated. We arrived at his apartment stunned at how cozy the setup was. Very inviting for people who visit. The setup was cooking class ready. He explained the menu and explained everything from ingredients to sauce making in detail. Everything tasted amazing!! Would recommend to everyone . Thank you Jeremy for a great experience!

Class was amazing, Jeremy was fun charismatic and full of knowledge. The flavor profiles of the food we created was bright and fresh and if coarse full of flavor. I didn't want the experience to end.

Chef Jeremy was amazing! He arrived promptly and had all of his ingredients and supplied organized to make the cooking process efficient and easy. He was very personable, knowledgable, and made the process fun by explaining traditional Thai processes while also telling us about his experience living and working in Thailand. The food was absolutely divine â€” literally we ate EVERY. LAST. DROP. My boyfriend said this experience was the best birthday gift he's ever received. Highly recommend this class!

We had a great time in the Thai cooking class! Jeremy came well prepared and was knowledgeable and fun to learn from! He was very easy going and made sure to explain each step in the cooking process to us, I would definitely recommend this experience !

Chef Jeremy was fabulous! Our food was delicious and his loft was a wonderful, intimate space. Most of all, my team had a blast! I would highly recommend him and we will definitely be back. Last time was pasta - next time will be Thai!

An amazing experience and an amazing space. The recipes were delicious and I learned so much about the techniques and art of cooking. Jeremy is an excellent conversationalist and teacher and Iâ€™d recommend him to anyone who loves great meals and wants to learn some sure crowd pleasing dishes.
