Learn the essential skills to roasting the perfect chicken with your team.
In this hands-on team building class with Chef Ivan, you and your team will work together to prepare a four-course Italian-inspired menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and easy-to-master cooking techniques.
Some of the dishes you and your team can look forward to preparing during this class include a colorful Italian capricciosa salad, a punchy whole roasted chicken diavola with a homemade salsa verde, perfectly cooked couscous studded with a bounty of fresh vegetables, and a custardy challah bread pudding infused with seasonal ingredients and spices for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Capricciosa Salad
With fennel, zucchini, carrots, scallions, celery, sour cream and lemon
Roasted Chicken Diavola With Salsa Verde
With mustard, breadcrumbs, basil, anchovies, garlic, capers and vinegar
Vegetable Couscous
With peppers, onions, zucchini, mushrooms and tomatoes
Apple Challah Bread Pudding
With eggs, heavy cream, sugar, pumpkin spice and chocolate

Chef Ivan’s zeal for cooking began at a very young age, leading him to attend culinary school at the ripe age of just 14. The Italian chef, who has cooked all over Europe, now lives in New York where he runs a catering company and volunteers teaching children kitchen skills. Chef Ivan focuses on Italian, French and sushi courses, and is excited to educate guests on new techniques.
