Learn how to create a salmon supper that's weekend dinner party-worthy and magically weeknight-friendly.
In this hands-on class with Chef Bobby, you and your team will learn how to prepare a three-course salmon dinner using fresh, high-quality ingredients and easy-to-master cooking techniques.
Chef Bobby will begin by teaching you the art of building a balanced spinach salad with sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese croutons, and a homemade vinaigrette. Then, you will learn how to prepare a flaky and tender almond and caraway crusted-salmon with orange glacé sided by braised winter greens and a creamy parsnip purée before ending with tarte tatin with caramel for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Baby Spinach Salad

After earning an associate’s degree in Restaurant and Food Service Management, Chef Bobby went on to attend and graduate from L’Academie de Cuisine’s Culinary Career Training Program. Since graduating, Chef Bobby has gained nearly 30 years of professional culinary experience. For the past decade, Chef Bobby has been working as a personal chef and cooking class instructor of a number of fun and exciting culinary experiences.
