In this hands-on class, you and your team will experience a true taste of classic Latin cuisine. This exciting team-building opportunity will develop valuable cooperation skills while introducing new recipe ideas. Discover the secrets to making empanada dough from scratch, then filling them with corn, queso fresco, cilantro and chipotle yogurt, followed by traditional pork mojo with fried plantains. Finally, work together to create a sweet finale: tres leches cake.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Shortly after, he became an executive chef at the young age of 27 in Hollywood, CA. Now, Chef Eric is following his true passion of teaching cooking classes and hosting private culinary experiences.
