Chef Eric will pull out all of the culinary stops to showcase divine French flavors in this unique team building opportunity.

In this class, your team will learn all about the traditional flavors of France. Feel transported to the heart of Paris as you work together to create classic dishes, starting with savory smoked salmon, capers, dill and shallots atop a baguette. The featured course focuses on French technique to cook a coq au vin from scratch with mushrooms, bacon and red wine. End your team-building culinary journey with creamy chocolate eclairs.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Eric began his foray into the culinary world nearly 20 years ago. After culinary school, he came on the restaurant scene, coincidentally landing in kitchens that focused on using local, sustainable ingredients with exclusivity. Shortly after, he became an executive chef at the young age of 27 in Hollywood, CA. Now, Chef Eric is following his true passion of teaching cooking classes and hosting private culinary experiences.
