WHAT YOU’LL DO
Gather your team and learn how to craft assorted dim sum from scratch!
Join Chef Ken to learn how to make homemade dim sum using the most authentic techniques and freshest ingredients.
After a welcome hors d'oeuvres reception, Chef Ken will guide your team through each step of the cooking process, teaching the skills needed to craft a variety of dim sum, from shrimp shumai to pork and chives dumplings to steamed chicken and shiitake bao buns. Your team will leave with the recipes to recreate each dish at home...along with a boost in office morale. Dietary restrictions and allergies can be accommodated with advance notice.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
