The lightweight, single-piece stamped blade construction and full tang design yields maximum maneuverability while the ergonomic triple-rivet handles are curved for comfort and balance. I purchased 1 Henckels paring knife years ago and fell in love with it. These knives are definitely a worthy investment but life got in the way and I could never justify buying a whole set of these “luxury “ items because they are not cheap in any sense of the word.
I received a cozymeal gift certificate for Christmas and, while browsing the online catalog, I found this Henckls knife set ON SALE!!! I was so excited and couldn’t wait to get them after all these years!!
I love them! They are so balanced and fit my hand perfectly which allows more precision with my knife cuts thus improving safety. I am making sure to hand wash them to extend their life but considering the fact that I still have the one original paring knife ( almost 40 years old) I think I can safely say they will outlive me. Maybe I should interview family members to determine who I want to bequeath them to! Because they are the type of investment that will last a lifetime

Great knife set! I love the steak knives and the blade. Just a really nice look. The block is nicer than I expected and the darker color looks nice in my kitchen. Very pleased with each of the knives and looking forward to lots of meal prep in the new year!
