Care & Use: Line both sides of tortilla press with parchment paper, plastic wrap or wax paper to prevent sticking. Place dough in the center of the press. Flatten slightly by hand and then close the press. Fold the handle over and apply firm pressure. Remove the plastic wrap from the flattened dough and cook as needed. Hand wash in warm, soapy water and dry immediately before storing.
