Preheat the oven to 335°F (170°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour, granulated sugar and butter together.
Use your hands to rub the butter into the sugar and flour until crumbs form.
Add the water and mix until the dough comes together. Set aside.
In a medium baking dish, evenly spread the strawberry jam.
Create balls of dough and place them on top of the strawberry jam. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
Let cool slightly and serve with coconut yogurt. Enjoy!
