Toast the slices of bread and place them on a preparation surface.

Notes:

  1. Leftover salmon filets or canned salmon can be used.
  2. Note that leftover salmon will be more chunky than if using canned salmon, which would take on more of a canned tuna texture.
  3. If using canned salmon, drain the liquid from the can and flake. Do not be afraid to mix in the bones and skin as they are edible.
