In the pot of the Instant pot, place the broth, broccoli, carrots, onion and garlic. Set to cook on manual high pressure for 2 minutes.
When the cooking time ends, perform a quick pressure release.
Use an immersion blender to puree the vegetables.
Stir in the cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
