Measure and prep all ingredients.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, powdered sugar, milk and cream cheese.
Slowly add in the whipped cream and then two tablespoons of sprinkles.
Transfer one-third of the mixture into a separate bowl and mix in the food coloring.
Fold the white and pink cake dip together to create a marbled texture. Sprinkle the remaining sprinkles on top.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or 15 minutes in the freezer. Enjoy with animal biscuits.

- Oven - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake the flour on a baking tray lined with parchment paper for 6-8 minutes, until the flour reaches 160°F. Cool flour before using.
