Ingredients
Directions 4 steps | 25 Minutes
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper until well combined. (See notes 3.)
Using your hands, form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the meatballs in a single layer in the basket, leaving a bit of space between each meatball. Cook the meatballs in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, flipping them over halfway through the cooking time. Check the internal temperature of the meatballs with a meat thermometer. They should reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
Remove the meatballs from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy! (See notes 4.)
Notes:
- You can substitute ground turkey, chicken or pork for the ground beef.
- Instead of breadcrumbs, you can use panko breadcrumbs, crushed crackers or oatmeal.
- Feel free to add other seasonings or herbs to the meatball mixture, such as parsley, oregano or red pepper flakes.
- Serve the meatballs with your favorite dipping sauce or as a topping for spaghetti, rice or salad.
