In this private chef experience, indulge in a refined Hudson Valley take on Italian classics that blend local ingredients with timeless traditions. With Chef Giancarlo handling all preparation, cooking and cleanup, you can fully relax and savor the experience.

 

Your culinary journey begins with heirloom tomatoes paired with creamy Burrata cheese, followed by rich mushroom arancini enhanced with summer truffles and a luxurious fontina fonduta. The centerpiece of your meal will be a slow-braised short rib ragù served over handmade pappardelle pasta, finished with whipped ricotta and gremolata, making every bite a delight. End on a sweet note with a decadent espresso tiramisu layered with mascarpone mousse and dark chocolate. Book your private chef experience today.
