The evening opens with grilled garlic tiger shrimp and warm bread before flowing into a chilled gazpacho of the day. Prosciutto arancini with basil pesto aioli give way to a Burrata cheese and balsamic vinegar salad, a seasonal pasta course and a perfectly seared New York strip with mashed potatoes and smoked cream sauce.
