Enjoy crispy vegetable gyoza paired with chili crisp for the perfect crunch, then savor the signature salmon roll, combining fresh avocado, salmon, eel sauce and yuzu aioli. The crispy shrimp tempura adds a playful twist, while the surprise roll showcases the fish of the day with tobiko and crispy garlic.
