In this private chef experience, Chef Christine highlights premium seafood and classic Italian methods, proving that luxurious doesn't always mean complicated. While you and your guests enjoy each course, the chef seamlessly orchestrates everything from preparation and service to after dinner clean-up. You'll start with crisp, refreshing romaine drizzled with creamy Caesar and shaved parmesan. For the main course, the chef presents silky mascarpone orzo with jewels of tender lobster. Allow the contrasting textures and bright flavors of each dish to tantalize the palate. Finally, finish the meal with a rich and velvety tiramisù.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
