Explore sushi classics and umami flavors during a sushi bar private chef experience curated exclusively for vegetarians. Chefs Vivian and Michi offer an authentic, lively take on plant-based Japanese favorites, creating an experience perfect for mingling and sharing among guests.

Begin with an assortment of captavating trays of fresh vegetable and fruit sushi, including red pepper hosomaki, pickled plum and avocado rolls, as well as mushroom rainbow rolls, each artfully displayed at the sushi station. Guests can savor vegetable tempura rolls and various toppings like ponzu, sesame aioli, spicy aioli and tangy wasabi, enhancing each flavorful bite. The chefs' live preparation brings this interactive dining experience to life, reimagining sushi in a way that captivates every palate.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Chef Vivi and Michi are some of the most kindest and patient people I’ve ever met. I originally booked the kids sushi class as a gift for my daughter’s birthday and my husband also booked the ramen class for our anniversary. The ramen class was first and it was such a great experience. It was much easier than expected and everything was simply delicious. I definitely feel like I could go home and make my own ramen one day

We absolutely loved our experience with Chef Vivian & Michi. Both were extremely friendly and knowledgeable in teaching us new cooking techniques and the food turned out amazing! Can't recommend this experience enough.
