We made Ricotta Cannoli, Panna Cotta, Ricciarelli and chocolate ganache. It was such a great family bonding experience and the desserts came out extremely delicious. My favorite dessert was the Panna Cotta. When I found this class on CozyMeal I knew I wanted to try something different and Chef Shasha was such a pleasant instructor.

Chef ShaSha is such a delight! I booked this experience for my boyfriendâ€™s birthday since he loves Italian food and has always wanted to learn how to make pasta from scratch. A few days prior to the event, Chef ShaSha called me and we chatted about the menu. Unfortunately her new ravioli maker hadnâ€™t come in yet so we decided to pivot to making Pappardelle pasta with a red sauce instead. The morning of, she arrived early and brought all necessary items we needed (fresh and prepped ingredients, a pasta roller, etc). She was incredibly knowledgeable about the history behind our food items, given her culinary background and education, and very patient and flexible with us. I really enjoyed how hands-on we got to be. We arenâ€™t the most outgoing people but Chef ShaSha immediately broke the ice and brought so much fun and laughter to the experience. Our food turned out amazing with her help, and most importantly my boyfriend loved the entire event. Canâ€™t speak highly of her enough; would definitely recommend booking!

Chef ShaSha was amazing! She was kind and patient with the kiddos and made the entire experience very enjoyable for all of use. The kids learned how to make bruschetta, fettuccini and angel hair pasta and to top it all off made the most delicious ginger bread cookies. Wonderful experience!

We had an amazing time with chef ShaSha! She was very knowledgeable, sharing with us tips and tricks from her years of experience while also teaching us about the cuisine we were making. She asked what our preferences were before we started; if we wanted to be more hands on or hands off with the cooking and if we wanted any advice/input on our technique as we went. This helped curate an environment that made us comfortable and suited us best. Not only is chef ShaSha knowledgable, but she is fun and enjoyable to converse with. We had so much fun and would absolutely cook with her again! Thank you chef!

Thank you Chef Sha Sha! We had a fabulous experience! Chef Sha Sha came to my house to teach us ladies how to make Bruschetta, Cannoli, and ravioli with tomato sauce (yum!!) from scratch. This was a birthday shindig. There were 5 of us. I have a small kitchen, but she was flexible with the workflow and made it happen. She stayed over the scheduled 3hr time because she took her time with each of us on the pasta machine. She's very patient, thorough, attention to detail, and ensured each of us was hands. She even quizzed us throughout. :) Chef explained the whys, the hows, the don'ts, and suggested options and alternatives. She is so personable and pleasant; good times! It really was a fun and unique experience. Our food came out picture perfect and sooo tasty! We highly recommend Chef Sha Sha for any cooking lessons.

Today we had Chef ShaSha come to our home for an Italian cooking class. She had all the cooking supplies and food to prep and cook with her. She went over what she was going to show us how to make and gave us several choices for the pasta making, the bread, and the dessert. Everything was well organized! We liked that she would show us what and how to do stuff and then let us step in to finish the dish or start another process. My partner and I have different skill levels of cooking, heâ€™s much more skilled than I, but Chef went with the flow, and we each did things that were new. It got more exciting as we went along. She even let us like the bowls of leftover ingredients for dessert and cheese. Yum!! It was like having a friend teach us how to cook the food. She is a great teacher/friend as she knows her Italian cooking and presents in a way that is easy to catch on. We also loved when she told us about the history of Italian cooking, the different foods that are made in the north and south of Italy. We really like that sheâ€™s going to give us the recipes of what we made so we can try them ourselves. After she left, we ate the ravioli, the bread (so good but canâ€™t remember the name), and the dessert. There is plenty left for more meals later in the week. Thank you, again, Chef ShaSha!! We will definitely have you over again and this time weâ€™ll bring more friends and family.

She deftly navigated my small kitchen and helped us prepare some of the most delicious ravioli Iâ€™ve ever had. Everything was from scratch. She even made HOMEMADE RICOTTA for our dish! The food she brought was all organic and very high quality. She modified the recipes as we needed and even suggested more options for the next time. Chef Sha was absolutely amazing! I booked her for my one year anniversary, and tailored the menu to what I thought my boyfriend would enjoy. CHef Sha worked graciously with me to plan the perfect meal. She had prepared the most delicious Sicilian red sauce with sausage and beef braciole prior to coming to my apartment to make the rest of the meal. Once she arrived, we made caprese salad, lemon panna cotta, and the best part was the homemade fettucine!! She gave me and my boyfriend so many helpful tips in preparing food as well as presentation. I learned so much without feeling instructed. My boyfriend told me it was the best anniversary gift he has ever been given! Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone!!

They made ravioli from scratch and Chef ShaSha brought all the supplies and ingredients. She was a patient teacher, allowing my family to participate as much or as little as they liked. My parents made a last minute addition, inviting two other guests and Chef ShaSha was most accommodating. She called ahead of time to make sure that the menu was everything we wanted and finalized details assuring us that everything was on track and ready to go. A relief for someone trying to coordinate from a few states away. I will be calling her again!

Absolutely fantastic! The food was amazing and ShaSha was a wonderful and patient teacher. She really took the time to explain things to us and show us how thoughtfully food could be made. We went from hardly cooking to make a three course meal (including from scratch pasta). It was a delight having her in our home!

This class was super awesome! Chef Sha Sha answered all my questions and explained everything very thoroughly while also leading a great example for how all tasks needed to be done. Highly recommend for a fun date night. And we had leftovers :)
