Our team did Martaâ€™s Italian cooking lesson as an offsite and it was a huge hit. Marta made everyone feel welcome, from beginners to foodies. Great instruction, lots of laughs, and amazing food. Great! Exceeded my expectations. Chef Marty provides a charismatic experience that helps you understand not only how to cook like a chef, but I would argue, she teaches you how to think like a chef, paying attention to so many details I would normally overlook. Her approach is holistic, paying attention to timing, color, texture, aroma, even ambient humidity! And so much more that I learned last night, I can't list them all here. So many things go into what you see on the plate, and I couldn't have asked for a better teacher to help me appreciate the art of cooking. High recommendations from Zen. Thanks again Marty. I'll have to bust out my fresh pasta making skills for friends and family one of these days.

Had a wonderful time with Chef Marty! The class is just as described, and our meal of bruschetta, pasta, and tiramisu turned out very delicious. Got to learn quite a bit about Italy in the process too. We were given recipes on our way out the door as well, and plan to try it again on our own in the future.

We made pasta Fresca, bruschetta, and tiramisu with chef Marty and she was an amazing teacher. Her knowledge of Italian cuisine as well as the shared knowledge of Italian history made the class worth it. We had a great time. I would recommend this class to anyone for any occasion.

Phenomenal class! Chef Marty and chef David were amazing instructors and shared so much knowledgable about cooking, and Italian history and culture. The class is really intimate and hands on, with only max. 8 people - we had an absolute blast. Would highly recommend!

Marty was great. We met in her home and she taught us how to prepare a totally gluten free meal which was delicious. It was a special experience designed for our 13 year old grandson who loves to cook. She showed him important techniques and the use of special tools.

Chef Marty was very kind and welcoming and overall it was a very fun class and a nice evening out. However, I felt it was a bit overpriced for the type of dishes we made (since it was entirely vegetarian and they were relatively simple). Additionally, the quality of the ingredients was a little mediocre given the price of the class.

Chef Marty was an excellent chef and an even better host! We learned easy, and practical recipes that she grew up eating in Tuscany. She was extremely knowledgeable in cooking technique without being too technical for us to understand. Aside from learning more about Italian history and culture, our favorite part was learning about her wonderful and colorful life growing up there. Thank you, Marty, for inviting us into your beautiful home! It was a pleasant first-time cooking class experience!!
