Begin with brochettes of melon, prosciutto and fresh mozzarella, drizzled with basil oil and cracked black pepper. Savor homemade creamy mushroom ravioli, featuring porcini and baby bella mushrooms, mascarpone and a rich cream sauce. Enjoy a side of freshly baked rosemary focaccia, made with Italian Caputo flour and fragrant rosemary. Conclude with a luscious panna cotta topped with figs and berries.

Each dish is carefully prepared to offer a delightful and refined culinary experience.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

A wonderful evening! Chef April is gracious and professional. She served us 2 appetizers and we sipped wine while she prepared the paella. There was an allergy to mussels so she substituted oysters, which were delicious. After hesitation on her part, and insistence on ours, she joined our table of friends. Everything, and especially the paella, was outstanding! She showed us the sweet smoked paprika from Spain that gave such amazing flavor. The huge prawns, very tender calamari, and perfectly al dente rice were heavenly. Will book Chef April again!
