Start with an appetizer like a classic Caesar salad, corn and leek bisque or tangy goat cheese tart. Create a custom surf and turf plate with options such as steak, lamb chops, crab cakes and lobster tails. Finish with a delectable dessert, from a rich flourless cake to a zingy lemon tart. Chef Huda prepared an amazing birthday dinner for my fiancé and I! Every dish was beautifully presented, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious. She was professional, efficient, and left everything spotless after the meal. The entire experience felt special and well worth it. My only two critiques are that the crème brûlée wasn't fully set. Huda let us know when she served it, but it was a small disappointment after an otherwise flawless meal. Also, the experience lasted about 1.5 hours instead of the 2 hours that was advertised. Neither issue took away from how great the food was, but I think it's helpful for future clients to know. Overall, I would definitely recommend Huda for anyone looking for a talented private chef!

Booked the menu Italian Gourmet Experience with Chef Huda in Philadelphia (Mount Airy)

We booked Chef Huda for a private dinner at home. From her menu, we selected the Kale Caesar Salad, the Scallops & Risotto, and Olive Oil cake. Everything was outstanding - so delicious and flavorful. We saved a bit out of meal so we could enjoy it again the next day. Chef Huda also prepared the food very quickly, and made sure to clean the kitchen before leaving. I would highly recommend, and would book her again.

My father, his new wife and I took the Asian Fusion cooking class with Huda, and it was AMAZING! She was very personable, communicated nicely and we truly enjoyed our time with her. The food was delicious and we were certainly full towards the end. She came very prepared and was a pleasure to have in our home.
