WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

Get a taste of Spanish cuisine through authentic tapas.
You'll feel like you're dining in Spain in this immersive private chef experience. Chef Valentina will curate a menu of authentic Spanish dishes to create a customized meal.

Begin with small plates, choosing between patatas bravas with creamy garlic aioli, Spanish charcuterie and more. A savory second course can consist of croquettes with Serrano ham and béchamel sauce or gambas al ajillo. Try your choice of authentic paella, with seafood and vegetarian options. Finish the meal with a zesty citrus flan or Rioja poached pears for a decadent dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We were totally impressed!!! Valentina was so professional. While we enjoyed time in our garden, Valentina cooked. She called us in for our first course of beef tartare; what a great start! The chicken cordon bleu was the best I’ve ever had! The multi-ingredient salad was perfect with the rest of the meal. The little cake with vanilla ice cream and sauce topped off the meal. We asked Valentina to join us at the table for a little while and got to know her a bit. She cleaned up the kitchen and washed all the dishes, leaving the kitchen spotless which I really appreciated. Valentina is a true French chef! Best of luck to her success and her lucky next patrons! M
