Celebrate modern Italian cooking with an alluring menu showcasing premium regional ingredients.
Enjoy a contemporary taste of Italy in this immersive private chef experience. During the meal, Chef Manfredi shares authentic Italian cuisine along with the stories behind each dish.

You’ll begin the meal with a tasting platter featuring regional meats and cheeses followed by a traditional bruschetta with Cantabrian anchovies. As your main course, the chef will prepare a luscious, saffron-infused risotto finished with crispy guanciale. For dessert, sample Sicilian “biancomangiare,” a creamy treat topped with pistachios and cinnamon.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
