Private Chef - Elevated Greek Flavors

Dive into an authentic Mediterranean culinary experience with a multiple course dinner.

During this private chef experience, Chef Cat will delight you with an exquisite menu worthy of 5-star restaurants. You'll explore Greek food in its essence, trying the signature flavors and ingredients.

You'll start your four-course menu by choosing delicious appetizers like tzatziki or skordalia. For the second course, you can opt for a fresh vegetarian moussaka, tasty Greek lamb or a Greek roasted branzino. Pair it with a delicious salad, and round up your experience with a traditional Ravani cake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

First Course (Choose one)

Tzatziki
With Greek yogurt, garlic, fresh cucumber, fresh dill and Greek pita

Skordalia
Garlic and potato dip with olive oil, fresh lemon juice and Greek pitas

Second Course (Choose one)

Vegetarian Moussaka
With eggplant, zucchini, tomato, lentils, eggs and milk

Greek Roasted Fish
With roasted Mediterranean sea bass with lemon, served with tzatziki and lemon potato wedges

Greek Lamb With Tzatziki and Roasted Potatoes
With roasted leg of lamb with lemon, oregano, dill, garlic, onions and tzatziki with lemon potato wedges

Third Course

Elliniki Salad
With cucumber, red onions, tomatoes, kalamata olives, Greek feta and oregano vinaigrette

Fourth Course

Traditional Ravani
With a sweet, citrus-flavored cake, flour, eggs, sugar, lemon and orange

I found a foodie kindred spirit! We enjoyed our anniversary in Greece, right from our own kitchen. The stories, the laughs, the FOOD! We were exposed to new flavors and techniques that we will be making for our friends to enjoy too. There was so much food, and the cake was beyond decadent!! And I didnвЂ™t have to do the dishes!!! Thanks Chef Cat! This was one of my favorite anniversary presents!

My wife and I were visiting Houston for our 21st anniversary and she has a food allergy (soybean oil). There aren't many restaurants that can accommodate her. I wasn't sure how this would work in a small air b&b downtown, but Chef Cat made it was amazing. The food, the experience, and the chef were all great. I will be doing this again.
