Settle in for a swanky soirée bursting with French charm and decadence.
Indulge in a carefully curated French bistro menu with this luxurious private chef experience. Savor classic flavors with a modern flare, starting with mushrooms stuffed with French onion soup filling and overflowing with melted gruyere cheese and breadcrumbs. Dip bites of tender seared steak into a creamy yet bold cognac sauce, a classic accompaniment that accentuates the peppercorn crust. Sides of buttery haricot verts and creamy mashed potatoes make for a rich and filling meal. End with a sweet treat, a crème brûlée with notes of rum and raisin.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We enjoyed cooking a Seafood Paella. Great knowledge and suggestions for substitutions of needed or desired items. We were also impressed that she knew about the history of the dish. Website was not as user friendly but have absolutely no complaints about Chef.

The class was so wonderful and perfectly tailored to the ingredients I had but also the speed at which my dish was cooking. It was such a wonderful personal experience! Me and my wife learned how to cook stuffed mushrooms with creamy goat cheese and bacon, then crispy green tomatoes paired with apple coleslaw and steak. It was a awesome experience and Legina was great to talk with and learn from.
