Enjoy a modern representation of classic New Orleans flavors with this private chef experience. This carefully curated menu represents the vibrant and diverse nature of Creole cooking, starting with a spiced onion and tomato salad with a mustard-based vinaigrette for a tangy bite. Pillowy soft lump crab cakes are accentuated by a classic remoulade sauce, the sweeter cousin of tartar sauce. Blackened shrimp bring the heat to handmade linguine noodles with basil and a rich and velvety bread pudding doused in bourbon sauce is the epitome of Louisiana cooking.

OMG! what a great experience. Chef Legina made cooking fun, without putting the pressure on us to ensure we created a great meal. I would definitely choose here again. This was for my wife's birthday, and she REALLY enjoyed it.

My friends and I were so happy with this experience. The chef and her sous chef were so personable and talented. They felt like they were part of the party at moments. The food was fantastic and the participation level was easily accommodated to still socialize while doing. A truly great night! Highly highly recommend!
