What You’ll Do

Imagine yourself on the Mediterranean enjoying the flavors of Greece.

Flavorful Greek dishes will be on full display in this immersive private chef experience. Chef Polly will create a Mediterranean meal that highlights Greek ingredients and culinary techniques. To begin the meal, you'll enjoy tender lamb meatballs served with a homemade spiced tomato sauce. Then, enjoy a refreshing Greek salad with cucumbers, artichokes and peppers drizzled with a lemon olive oil dressing. Oven-roasted salmon with herbed vegetables serves as the main dish. Finish the meal with a decadent cardamom coconut pudding topped with a pistachio crumble for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We had a great time learning to cook with Chef Polly. She was welcoming and fun while also providing detail instructions and helpful tips. I signed up for the class hoping to learn how to do the pleats for steamed buns and Chef Polly helped me achieve that!

Chef Polly made us feel so welcome in her home and gave us lots of useful knowledge and tips. Food was delicious, of course. A lovely evening!
